Titanium slag

High Titanium Slag is a titanium ore enrichment formed by physical production process. It is a high-concentration of titanium dioxide obtained by melting titanium ore in an electric furnace to melt and separate titanium dioxide and iron in titanium ore. High titanium slag is neither a waste residue nor a by-product, but a high-quality raw material for the production of titanium tetrachloride, titanium dioxide and titanium sponge. Titanium slag is smelted from titanium concentrate (Ilmenite).

1. High titanium slag with TiO2 content greater than 90% can be used as raw material for production of chlorination titanium dioxide

2. High-titanium slag with TiO2 less than 90% is a high-quality raw material for the production of titanium dioxide by sulfuric acid method.
